Mexican IBF lightweight champion Miguel “El Titere” Vazquez (30-3, 13 KOs) will fight this Saturday at the Sun Bowl on the event headlined by WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez against Andy Lee. Vasquez fight a non-title ten-rounder against Daniel Attah (26-10-1, 9 KOs). “I have a major commitment to face an experienced fighter,” said Vazquez. “Not being a title fight you’d want to say I’d relax in the ring. On the contrary, I’m going for another victory to keep me as a solid fighter ready to deal with anyone in this division.”
