IBF purse bid postponed

The IBF purse bid scheduled for today for the IBF super middleweight eliminator for #1 between Vitali Tsypko and Librado Andrade has been postponed until Thursday. Tsypko is rated #2, while Andrade is rated #3. #1 is currently vacant.
