Panamanian Referee Guillermo Perez Pineda will be the third man in the ring when the Venezuelan challenger Marco A. Avendaño (27-6-1, 19 KOs) and Japans Challenger Nobuhiro Ishida (20-5-2, 7 KOs) fight for the WBA interim super wwlterweight title at the Prefectural Gymnasium in Osaka, Japan on August 30. The three judges are: Chalerm Prayadsab (Thailand), Roberto Ramirez (Puerto Rico), and Rubén Garcia (USA). The fight supervisor is CYang Sup Shim (Korea).
