Jones vs Lacy on ESPN Classic

Eight-time world boxing champion Roy Jones, Jr. (54-5, 40 KOs) and two-time super middleweight world champion Jeff “Left Hook” Lacy (25-3, 17 KOs) fought a toe-to-toe war on August 15, 2009. Living legend Jones who has been a world champion in four divisions – middleweight, super middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight – and currently ranks among the top ten light heavyweights in all four major boxing organizations was defending his NABO light heavyweight championship against the power-punching Lacy, who once held the IBF and IBO super middleweight world titles. ESPN Classic will rebroadcast the August 15, 2009 Jones versus Lacy showdown Saturday, September 5th at 10pm ET/7pm PT and Monday, September 7th at 10pm ET/7pm PT.
