An important source has informed Fightnews.com that there is a strong possibility that Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez could take place in Mexico on November 10. The source mentioned the favorable tax situation should Pacquiao agree to fight in Mexico as opposed to the United States, where the first three Pacquiao-Marquez fights took place. In the meantime, Marquez could reappear on July 21 against Filipino Al Sabaupanen at a place to be determined. Morelia or Puebla in Mexico have been mentioned as possible locations. Promoter Fernando Beltran has stated in many interviews that boxing fans would rather see Pacquiao-Marquez IV rather than a Bradley-Pacquiao rematch.
