Juarez-Sanabria webcast

Tonight’s interesting super featherweight clash between Alejandro Sanabria (26-1-1, 21 KOs) and Rocky Juarez (28-7-1, 20 KOs) for the vacant WBC Continental Americas title can be seen live on The free webcast begins at 11:30PM ET/8:30PM PT and is not available in Mexico. The event takes place at the Auditorio Ernesto Rufo in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico.

Sanabria, a former NABF (North American Boxing Federation) and FECARBOX (Central American Boxing Federation) champion, has won two fights in a row, both by knockout, since his only loss by 10 round decision in June, 2010. A hard-hitting prospect at 130 pounds, he always makes exciting fights.

Juarez, now 30 years old, is a veteran contender and five-time world title challenger. A former amateur standout and the 2000 Olympic silver medalist at featherweight, six of his seven losses as a pro have come against world champions. He will be Sanabria’s most accomplished and dangerous opponent yet.
