Bangkok University student featherweight Vacharakrit Senahan (16-2-1) was impressive in stoppping Michael Jahan of England in four rounds. Jahan scored with accurate punches in round one and two but the Thai boxer found the range for his combinations in four and referee crowned Senahan after the UK boxer had been down.
Senahan’s manager Jimmy Chaichotchuang is in negotiations to clash with former IBO 130 pound champion Billy Dib in Sydney in February. “Billy Dib is a world class boxer but Senahan has boxed several world rated boxers and holds a win over Fahsai Sakkreerin. We are confident we will cause upset win,” said Chaichotchuang.
In lightweight bout Patomsul Patompothong (3-0) knocked out Anatade Singhnumpattana (0-1) in two rounds after connecting with a right hand bomb.
Jnr bantamweight Patomchai Patompotong (4-2-1) stopped Teradej Singumpattanna in round one.
