WBA #15 lightweight Saddam Kietyongyuth (19-0, 15 KOs) will be in action on Friday in Bangkok, Thailand when he will clash with Indonesian Simson Butar-Butar (19-10-2, 14 KOs) over twelve rounds. Kietyongyuth only had one contest in 2009 because of a shoulder injury and in January 2010 scored a second round stoppage over Korean Yong Yoon Choi in Singapore.

Promoter Daniel Potter said, “Saddam has been training at my Top Rated Gymnasium in Bangkok and has looked back to his best after suffering a serious injury during 2009. Butar-Butar is a good opponent having won the IBO Asia Pacific title in 2008.”

On the undercard junior lightweight Padjai Yongyuthgym (4-0, 4 KOs) will be in action and also lightweight Gupee Toprated will make his debut against Eddy Comaro (22-7-4, 8 KOs).
