WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko was ahead of challenger Chris Arreola by scores 99-91, 99-91 and 100-89 when their bout was stopped after round ten on Saturday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Judges Ken Morita (Japan) and Anek Hontongkam (Thailand) had Klitschko up nine rounds to one, with both giving round eight to Arreola.
