Former junior middleweight title challenger Deandre Latimore (20-2, 16 KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over veteran Sammy Sparkman (21-20-1, 10 KOs) on Saturday night at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. Latimore, currently rated at #7 by the IBF, got back into the win column after a split decision loss to local rival Cory Spinks in a battle for the IBF world title in April.

In the co-feature, junior middleweight Willie Lee (17-5, 11 KOs) survived a ninth round knockdown to take a split decision over Alex Bunema (31-7-2. 17 KOs) in a ten round bout for the vacant NABF title.
