For the WBO strawweight championship between Mexican Manuel “Chango” Vargas (26-3-1, 11 KOs) and Filipino Donnie Nietes (24-1-3, 14 KOs), the referee is the Puerto Rican José Rivera, the judges will be Americans Bryan Thomas and Nardone Carry from Florida, along with Puerto Rico’s Jose Torres.
