Notre Dame Boxing Champion Mike Lee heads to the ice at the United Center on Wednesday night, December 22nd as the “special guest” of the Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks. Lee will be honored as part of the Blackhawks “Celebrity Shoot The Puck” between the second and third periods of the game against the Nashville Predators. An undefeated light heavyweight professional boxer, the 23 year old Lee will return to the ring on Saturday, February 26th at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas on the Showtime undercard of the world lightweight championship. Lee graduated from the University Of Notre Dame in 2009 at the “top of his class”, with a degree in finance. He is a native of Wheaton, Illinois and a graduate of Benet Academy. After winning the Chicago Golden Gloves, Lee was signed by Top Rank.
