Venezuelan WBA super featherweight champion Jorge “Niño de Oro” Linares conducted a training session in Tokyo’s famous Teiken Gym for the media on Friday. Linares will defend his crown on October 10 against Mexican Juan Carlos Salgado. The champ hit the heavy bag, speed bag and shadow boxed. He has sparred more than 100 rounds in preparation for this fight.
