“Little Pac-Man” to invade the US

Undefeated prospect Joebert “Little Pacman” Alvarez of the Philippines recently signed with Tuto Zabala’s Jr., All Star Boxing, Inc and is ready for his US invasion. Alvarez 23, of General Santos City is ranked #10 WBO and #11 WBA and had a stay busy fight last Saturday, October 26 at the Elorde Sports Complex in Paraneque City, Philippines where he stopped Ronerex Dalut in the second round and improved his record to 13-0-1, 6 KOs.

As soon as his work visa is ready he will travel to the United States in a couple of weeks to train under the tutelage of Nonito Donaire Sr. and manager Vinny Scolpino and join stablemate WBO #8, WBA #10 bantamweight contender Marvin “Chavacano Disaster” Mabait (19-1-2-12 KO’s) who recently stopped Johnny “Laberinto” Garcia in 1 making a successful debut on the Boxeo Telemundo series.

“We are excited to have signed a young good prospect in “Little Pacman” and be able to work with Nonito Sr. and Vinny, we have a perfect team and look forward to a world title bid in the near future,” said promoter Zabala.
