Light flyweight Ganigan “Zurdo” Lopez (20-5, 14 KOs) surprised Luis “Gallito” Ceja (22-2-3, 18 KOs), winning the vacant WBF silver light flyweight belt over twelve rounds by scores of 117-111, 118-111 and 117-111 on Saturday night at the Sports Acapulco Pacific Paradise in Acapulco.
Also Marcos Villasana Jr. (8-1, 5 KOs), the son of former world champion Marcos Villasana, scored a seventh round TKO over Rafael “Chavita” Rodriguez (8-3-1, 4 KOs) in a bout for the vacant WBC super lightweight Youth belt.
