Hot prospect jr welterweight Antonio “Kañas” Lozada (26-1, 22 KOs) will face experienced Carlos Urias (45-23-1, 34 KOs) in a ten-round fight on Saturday in the Ernesto Ruffo Appel Auditorium in Rosarito, Baja California. In the co-feature, former world title challenger Juan “Churritos” Hernandez (19-2, 13 KOs) will face Lorenzo “Explosivo” Trejo (30-24-1, 17 KOs) in a light flyweightten-rounder. In other action, welterweight champion of the “Quien Pinta para la Corona” tournament Johnny “Vaquero” Navarrete (24-6-1, 11 KO’s) against Joel “Dinamita” Juarez (34-21-2, 12 KOs) in ten round clash and in an eight round jr welterweight bout Juan Pablo “Che Che” Lopez (20-1, 18 KOs) takes on Rafael Cobos (11-4-4, 3KOs). The card, billed as “Casta de Campeones,” is presented by Promociones del Pueblo and will be broadcast in Mexico on Cadena 3.
