M Hatton still Euro champ

European welterweight Matthew Hatton (41-4-2, 16 KOs) scored a third round knockout over previously unbeaten Roberto Belge (25-1-1, 4 KOs) on Friday night at Reebok Stadium in Bolton, England. Hatton, rated #7 by the WBA, put Belge down for the count with a left hook to the body. Time was 1:32.

Unbeaten middleweight Martin Murray (21-0, 8 KOs) scored a third round stoppage against Carlos Nascimento (25-3, 21 KOs) to claim the vacant WBA International super middleweight title.

Unbeaten super bantamweight Scott Quigg (21-0, 14 KOs) cruised to a twelve round unanimous decision over Daniel Kodjo Sassou (29-15-4, 7 KOs). Sassou was down in round seven.
