Manager: Golovkin still free

“Today’s decision is just a decision of the court of first instance. And this decision is wrong,” said Dr. Maximilian Hermann, manager WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin. “We will appeal against this judgement to the next instance as soon as we get the statement of grounds of the decision. The termination of the contract with Universum is still in effect and we are convinced we’ll be successful in the next instance. It is certain that Gennady will never fight for Universum again.”
