WBA super lightweight world champion Marcos “Chino” Maidana in Oxnard, California to begin training with his
new trainer Robert Garcia. Maidana may reappear in July in his native Argentina, then possibly return in September on one of the big Golden Boy Promotions events against the likes of Danny Garcia, Johan Perez, Humberto Soto, Michael Katsidis or Lucas Matthysse.
