There is a strong possibility that three-division world champion and Mexican superstar Juan Manuel Marquez will next challenge Lamont Peterson for the WBA and IBF super lightweight titles. Sources have indicated that the Peterson-Marquez fight could take place July 14 at Cowboys Stadium in Texas. Other dates are also under consideration. “I’m ready for whatever,” said Marquez. “What I want is to fight and seek a fourth world crown. I can’t keep waiting for Pacquiao my entire life. This is a good fight and a great opportunity for me.”
