International matchmaker Don Majeski will be this month’s Ring 8 guest speaker on Tuesday evening (April 16, 7:00 p.m. ET) at historic Waterfront Crabhouse in Long Island City, New York.
Majeski is arguably the premier matchmaker in the world, based on his background of serving as matchmaker for many of the top fighters and fights in the world for the past few decades. He is also a member of the New York State Boxing Hall of Fame’s nominating committee.
“Don is as knowledgeable about boxing and the business it is as anybody in the industry,” Ring 8 president Bob Duffy said. “We’re very fortunate to be able to have him as our guest speaker at this month’s meeting. He has a very unique perspective that our members will enjoy listening to and discussing.”
