Bantamweight Mbwana Matumla (18-3, 10 KOs) won a twelve round unanimous twelve round decision over Francis Miyeyusho (23-8-2, 12 KOs) to claim the International Circuit Boxing (ICB) title in Saturday at the Diamond Jubilee Hall, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Matumla knocked down Miyeyusho in round six en route to a 119-116, 118-115, 119-116 win.
