Unbeaten and world ranked Milan Melindo (20-0, 7 KOs) of the Philippines will meet his biggest test to date when he takes on former world champion Carlos Tamara (21-5, 15 KOs) of Colombia. The bout will take place November 28th at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino in Cebu City, Philippines. Contracted maximum weight for the bout will be 112 pounds and it will be scheduled for 10 rounds. ALA Boxing will promote the event.
