American Referee Mark Nelson will be the third man in the ring when the Venezuelan WBA interim bantamweight champion Nehomar Cermeño (17-0, 10 KOs) and Mexican challenger and former WBC super flyweight champion Cristian Mijares (36-5-2, 15 KOs) will be fight at Arena Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico on September 12. The three judges are Hernando Steidel (Puerto Rico), Ted Gimza (USA) and Enrique Portocarrero (Nicaragua). The fight supervisor is Miguel Prado (Panamá).
