A source has informed Fightnews.com that Mexicans Cristian Mijares and Victor Terrazas could meet in an April 20 clash at a venue to be announced for the WBC super bantamweight championship left vacant by champion Abner Mares’ move up to featherweight. Terrazas is the current mandatory challenger. Mijares is recovering from an elbow injury that prevented him from fighting on February 9.
