Min-Wook, Su-Yun retain belts in Seoul

South Korean OPBF super lightweight champion Min-Wook Kim (11-1, 8 KOs) retained his title by eleventh round TKO over Japan’s Valentine Hosokawa (16-4-3, 8 KOs) on Saturday night at Junggu Hall, Seoul, South Korea. Kim knocked down Hosokawa twice in the bout.

Unbeaten South Korean WBO female minimumweight champion Su-Yun Hong (9-0, 5 KOs) retained her title by twelve round split decision over Japan’s Mari Ando (10-6, 5 KOs). Scores were 98-92, 99-91 for Hong, 96-94 for Ando.
