Unheralded junior featherweight Victor Sanchez (3-3-1, 0 KOs) surprised previously undefeated prospect Jerry Guevara (7-1, 5 KOs) taking a six round unanimous decision. Sanchez overcame an early knockdown to drop Guevara in round five with body shots and put him down twice more in the sixth to erase all doubt. Scores 57-53, 56-54, 56-54.
