Moreno-Cermeño WBA officials

American referee Rusell Mora will be the third man in the ring when Panamanian WBA Bantamweight world champion Anselmo Moeno (29-1-1, 10 KOs) and Venezuelan former WBA Interim Bantamweight world champion Nehomar Cermeño (19-1, 11 KOs) meet at Roberto Duran Gym im Panama City on August 14. The three judges are John Potutaj (U.S ), Tom Miller (USA) and Hubert Earle (Canada). The fight supervisor is Jose Emilio Graglia (Argentina).
