Referee Raul Caiz Jr. from US will be the third man in the ring when the French challenger Mahyar Monshipour (31-3-2, 21 KOs) and Panamanian reigning champion, Anselmo Moreno (25-1-1, 8 KOs) fight for the WBA bantamweight title at Parc des expositions, Poitiers, Vienne, France on July 4. The three judges are Erki Meronen (Finland), Nelson Vazquez (Puerto Rico) and Stanley Christodoulou (South Africa). The fight supervisor is Alberto Sarmiento from Venezuela.
