South African Moruti “Baby Face” Mthalane, the current IBF flyweight world Champion arrived Thursday in Panama City with his trainer Nick Durant and the rest of the team. Mthalane and challenger Ricardo Nunez will meet for the first time on Saturday. Their bout takes place the following Saturday at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama City.
The medical examination and weigh-in will be on Monday at Panama Boxing Comission (COMIBOX). Mthalane will train in Panama alongside his stablemate Michael Donovan.
