IBF flyweight world champion Moruti Mthalane (28-2, 19 KOs) of South Africa will defend his crown against the top challenger Ricardo Nuñez (24-2, 20 KOs) on Panama in a fight to be held in the Roberto Duran Gym in Panama City on a date to be determined. The fight had been called for IBF purse bid but the local promoter Roger Espiño indicated he has reached an agreement with South African promoter Branco Milenkovic and Branco Sports Productions do the fight in Panama.
