WBA#13 OPBF lightweight champ Kengo Nagashima (38-3-2, 18 KOs), 138, needed only 55 seconds of the opening session, as he blasted out Thailander Jonlasit Muangsurin (7-6, 3 KOs), 134.5, with a single southpaw left on Sunday in Shimizu, Japan. It was a surprisingly short affair as Nagashima had been regarded as a soft-punching speedster and no one had expected his so quick demolition. Promoter: Mitsuyama Promotions.
