Looks like unbeaten WBO #1 super flyweight Cesar ‘Junito’ Seda (20-0, 15 KOs) will challenge WBO chapion Omar Narvaez (32-0-2, 19 KOs) in Panama in late March or early April according to promoter Javier Bustillo. “We’re going to fight in Panama. Gary Shaw is negotiating a fight with Narvaez and we’re trying to make in that country or the United States. I don’t think that the champion is asking for an astronomical amount of money and we need television in Puerto Rico. Narvaez will also reportedly to defend his title on February 12 in Argentina against Victor Zaleta (17-1, 9 KOs).
