The IBF junior middleweight world title rematch between former multi-divisional world champion Cory Spinks (39-6, 11 KOs) and current IBF junior middleweight champion Cornelius ‘K-9′ Bundrage (31-4, 18 KOs) has a new site and date of San Jose, California July 28. The bout will also air on Showtime Championship Boxing as the co-feature to the main event between Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero vs Selcuk Aydin for the WBC Silver welterweight title. The Spinks-Bundrage fight originally was being planned to happen June 23rd at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Hollywood, Florida. Upon hearing the news Spinks issued the following statement: “I didn’t care if the fight was in Florida, California or wherever, I just want my title back. I read what the supposed to be experts said but that doesn’t matter at all. They are going to be saying something different after I beat K-9 and get my belt back,” said Spinks.
