The 29th Annual IBF Convention officially kicked off Tuesday night in Honolulu, Hawai’i. A cocktail reception got things underway on the Rainbow Patio of the host hotel Hilton Hawaiian Village on Waikiki Beach. IBF President Darryl Peoples welcomed ring officials, promoters and delegates from around the world as the governing body commences it’s thirtieth year of existence. Delegates began descending upen the tropical paradise during the last two days for meetings, ring officials seminar, medical seminar, and more. Later today will be a guided tour of Pearl Harbor and an evening “Meet the Champs” reception. Stay tuned for daily reports and photos.
