The legend of the Ring, Oscar De La Hoya, visited hours before the mega event of the WBA XXI Latin-American Festival “KO to the Drugs” co-promoted by Golden Boy Promotions and HBO Plus last September 5 at the installations of the Panama Canal. The host of the visit was the Minister of the Panama Canal, Romulo Roux, who described the current system of the Miraflores Locks and the future plans of expansion. At the end, De La Hoya opened the floodgates of the locks.
