Pacman sworn in

Newly elected Congressman Manny Pacquiao was sworn into office on Monday at the Sarangani Provincial Capitol grounds. Yesterday Pacman switched political party affiliations, moving from the Nacionalista Party to the Liberal Party. He is expected to return to the ring in November against an opponent to be named.
