Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has been named as one of the world’s most influential people by Time Magazine. The respected magazine has listed 100 finalists on their website and readers can vote for their choice. At press time, Pacman was rated #13, two spots behind President Obama and two spots above House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Click here to vote.
