Up for grabs will be the vacant WBO Asia Pacific bantamweight Championship, which was recently relinquished by WBO No. 1 bantamweight AJ “Bazooka” Banal of the famed ALA Boxing Gym of Cebu City, Philippines when he officially announced his scheduled fight against Thai WBO #2 bantamweight Pungluang Sor Singyu on October 20 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila for the vacant WBO bantamweight world crown.
