Pascal-Hopkins aftermath

By Dave Spencer / Fightnews Canada

45-year-old two-division champ Bernard Hopkins dominated the scorecards over the second half of his fight against WBC light heavyweight champion Jean Pascal on Saturday night in Quebec City, but two early knockdowns proved to be too much to overcome on the scorecards of judges Claude Paquette (113-113) and Daniel Van de Wiele (114-114). Steve Morrow scored the contest 114-112 for Hopkins.
