Pelenchin Caballero returns on November 30

Former two-division world champion Celestino “Pelenchín” Caballero (36-5, 23 KOs) will return against Jonathan “Popeye” Perez (31-9, 25 KO) for the WBC Latino title in a ten rounder to be held on November 30 at the Arena Teofilo “Panama” Al Brown in Colon City in an event billed as “Making History” presented by Promociones del Istmo and broadcast on TV MAX 9.

In the main event, former WBA world champion Vicente “El Loco” Mosquera (33-2-1, 18 KOs) and Mexican Gilberto “El Flaco” Gonzalez (22-3-0, 18 KOs) clash for the WBC lightweight silver titie.

In total there will be nine professional fights that night.
