Local junior lightweight and former top amateur Stan Martyniouk (11-1), citing a rib injury, has pulled out of Friday night’s card at Sacramento’s Woodlake Hotel. He was to meet Oxnard’s Javier Garcia (8-2-1), nephew of former champ Robert Garcia, in the main event. Promoter Nasser Niavaroni has reshuffled the card with prelim fighters carrying the show plus amateur boxing and an MMA match. Weigh-ins were scheduled for Thursday.
