The fight, scheduled for six rounds at superwelterweight, presents a good test for Medina, who is looking to establish himself as a contender. Medina is coming off a tough fight in Tijuana against veteran Cristian Solano. Should Medina get by Arras, he hopes to invade the U.S. to continue his climb toward contention.
