Peter Rivera, vice president of PR Best Boxing Promotions, said he is considering three potential opponents for former two-division world champion Juan Manuel Lopez, who returns on February 2 at the Ruben Rodriguez Coliseum in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, of which the frontrunner is Brazilian. “We are working on the issue of the opponent, waiting for them to sign the contract. They are likely to be from Brazil but we are all waiting for it to be signed. We also have under consideration a Mexican and a Mexican-American. One of those three will be the opponent,” he said.
