British and Commonwealth heavyweight titleholder David Price (14-0, 12 KOs) has business with former European champion Matt Skelton (28-6, 23 KOs) on Friday at the Aintree Equestrian Centre in Liverpool. But that’s not stopping the unbeaten 6’8 prospect from talking about his future plans. “After I get Skelton out of the way, Dereck (Chisora) is the only one left at domestic level,” Price told the Daily Star. “There is David Haye, but it looks like a world title or nothing for him.”
Meanwhile the 45-year-old Skelton told the Liverpool Echo, “This is David’s show but I’m not here to fight David’s fight. Hopefully that gets me the result. If people see me as a fighter that takes opponents into the trenches, then so be it.”
