Australian super bantamweight champion Mark Quon (7-2, 1 KO) stopped Thailand’s Mongkoichai Singmanasak (24-14-1, 9 KOs) in five rounds in the main event at Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia on Friday. On the undercard, in a super middleweight upset Moses Ioelu (3-8) stopped Kerey Palmer (8-3) in round one. Hot Aussie 130 pound prospect Will Tomlinson (8-0,8KO’s) stopped Filippino Roel Mangan (13-13-1, 3 KOs) in round four. Mangan holds a ten round decisions over former world rated Ranee Ganoy in 2003 and J.R Solano in 2005. Former Commonwealth Games heavyweight gold medalist Brad Pitt (1-0) made a succesful debut as a cruiserweight stopping Shaun Salisbury (1-5) in round one. Former Australian light heavyweight challenger Joel Casey (4-6-2) boxed a four round draw with Jason Tramsek (0-0-1).
