Rahimi goes for PABA belt

The unbeaten Hamid Rahimi (15-0, 5 KOs) will fight for his second international title in his pro career. Tomorrow he will face the Georgian Armen Azizian (9–10, 1 KO) in a fight for the interim PABA middleweight title on a private boxing show in Rostock, Germany. For the past weeks he has prepared for this challenge with his coach Owen Reece. The Hamburg based fighter Rahimi, who was born in Afghanistan said about his upcoming fight: “This PABA title bout is a big step towards my big dream: a fight in my hometown of Kabul and become world champion!”

The fight is the main event of the “Peter Jensen – Fight Night,“ a promotional evening for customers of the Peter Jensen company (a wholesale trader for sanitary, heating, tiled stoves, chimneys, kitchen and accessories) and it will take place in their Rostock based office.
