Main Events returned this past Friday to the Prudential Center’s intimate AmeriHealth Pavilion in Newark, NJ with hard hitting Columbian Joel Julio (37-4, 31 KOs) earning a workmanlike, but one sided unanimous decision over late replacement Anges Adjaho (17-6, 9 KOs) of Benin, Africa in the main event of the ESPN2 Friday Night Fights card. In the co-feature, undefeated welterweight and 2008 U.S. Olympian Sadam Ali (13-0, 7 KOs) had to survive a few tense moments in the eighth and final round along with a power outage to capture a unanimous decision over a game but outgunned John Revish (9-4-2, 8 KOs) . . .
