A show in Tinley Park Illinois found Promoter Octavius James’ One in a Million Promotions having to deal with the main event of middleweights Michael Walker vs. Orphius Waite having to be scratched. Walker was severely dehydrated on the day of the weigh-in and was required to go to the hospital so that his fluids could be replenished. In the action that did take place, welterweight Edward Ochoa moved to 9-0 as he decisioned Jessie Davis over six rounds. Judges’ scores were Patrick Morley 59-54, John McCarthy 58-55 and Emily Cain 58-56. Referee Gerry Scott handled the bout.

Other results were, junior welterweight Angel Hernandez winning a majority decision over Guadalupe Diaz in a six round bout….referee Scott stopped a bout in favor of lightweight Jose Guzman giving him a TKO 4 win over Bobby Jaskierny….Chicago Heights junior middleweight Meegal Harper KO’d fellow middleweight Scott Wilson as referee Scott halted the bout at 2:14 of the first round. Referee John O’brien halted the bout where Josh Crouch KO’d Joshua Rodriguez in the third of a scheduled four round middleweight contest.
