The WBA World Championships Committee has declared that interim flyweight champ Juan Carlos Reveco is now a champion in recess. Reveco has 180 days to resolve a dispute with his manager Osvaldo Rivero. The 180 days is retroactive to June 10, 2011, when Reveco beat Jean Piero Perez.
